I had an AMAZING time on my K2 base Camp Trek, I am glad that I chose to go with Tour De Rakaposhi for my lifetime adventure to K2 base camp !!!
Being a woman, I was skeptical to sign up for a solo trip first as I didn’t have any friends to join me on this trip. But the moment I met one of the owners of Tour De Rakaposhi- Mr. Azafar, I was relieved and felt very satisfied when he suggested me to join a group of 6 ladies for the trip starting on June 18th, 2019. I not only enjoyed the trek to its fullest but ended up making lots of good friends.

Thanks to our guide Muhammad Ishaq, who was very experienced and very patient with the group of 7 ladies 🙂 . He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful throughout the trip. He knew his stuff and did his best to make this trip a memorable one for us.

I will be definitely coming back for the next trek in a few years 🙂

Our group recently arrived back in United Kingdom after our amazing K2 La trek.
We would like to thank everyone at Tour De Rakaposhi for making our trip such an unforgettable experience. Firstly a huge thank you to Azfar (CEO) for doing all the necessary paperwork and for being so efficient with his responses to my many e mails. A huge thank you to Ishaq , our guide for his professionalism patience and help in leading us. Last , but by no means least to our tireless porters , Hassan and Ghulam Hussain without which we could never have undertaken our trek.
I can highly recommend Tour De Rakaposhi for any Karakorum Trek !! We all hope to be back in Gilgit Baltistan again in the not too distant future. Many thanks again to everyone.
